"I'm a very long time customer of John Martinek's State Farm agency and have always gotten absolutely outsanding service from everyone in the office, but yesterday, they went so above and beyond, I wanted to let others know that might be considering bringing their insurance business to them. The short version of this story is that I have a local family member that has a home owners policy with a different company that is 2.5X the rate of mine for a smaller home with zero claims, and the rates just have continued to go up. Based on the vast difference in what I pay for a larger, more valuable home and their policy cost, it seemed to me that something was just off so I called Johnna Crum at JMSF to see if they could help my family either get a better rate or determine why their policy was so high. Johnna listened carefully, gathered everything that would be needed to offer a quote (we added their cars, too, because we bundle, and I knew that could help the rates for both), and Johnna turned the issue over to Catherine Lambert, the agency's sales manager.
